Home Defense Fundamentals

After completing the basic pistol class, this course is the next progression in your firearms journey. This course will teach students the basic skills, attitude and knowledge to use a firearm in defense of their home. The course will cover shooting from behind cover, legal use of force, defensive shooting fundamentals and what to do after a self defense incident. 

Prerequisites: NRA Basics of Pistol shooting course. You must submit a copy of your certificate prior to attending. Additionally you will need 200 rounds of factory ammunition, a minimum of 2 magazines or speed-loaders and a pistol of your own choice. Range entrance fees are not covered in the price of the course.
