For package-related issues, please contact USPS first to confirm that your mail carrier successfully delivered the package. You may need to file a ticket or report with the postal service if necessary.

If you cancel your class before attending and your certificate has already been mailed, you must return the certificate; otherwise, a $75 fee will be accessed.
